What a game! Here's the Tampa Tribune report, St. Pete Times report and the team's recap.

Here are some photos

The attendance was 3,914, which ranks right up there with the highest-attended games at ALF this season and is pretty impressive considering it was a mid-week game.

First, let me say that I had a great time last night! It was awesome seeing a lot of you I haven't seen in a while. The turnout was pretty good and the atmosphere overall was fantastic. Even though Holden couldn't play, it may have been better for the fans because he was able to sign autographs before the game. That was very cool to see. As a group, we sounded great and I think we did a great job at doing what we do without being to disrespectful to Bolton. Overall, an awesome night!

Article on Eurosport!!  Now THAT'S a collectors item!!

Why do all the articles say this is our first ever International opponent?? Did BK Hacken not count?
Yeah, saw that in the TBO story. I guess it's the first big European club, and I doubt many people outside of us and the team remember to BK Hacken game. Either way though, there has been a good bit of news coverage so far and this win is definitely going to be good PR!
I just added the video highlights. Evan Newton is a beast! During the game I thought Bolton were dominating, but after watching the video, our guys got some good shots off.

I wanted to be at last night's game so bad, but outside forces prevented me from doing so. :-(

I'm hoping that this is just the beginning & that we'll host many more Euro clubs in their preseason for years to come!

I wonder if putting on a good showing like the Rowdies did helps their cause in this regard. Teams that come in the future will know that they with get a competitive match. In case anyone was wondering, during Bolton's preseason U.S. tour last year, they beat Charleston 2-0, Charlotte 3-0 and drew Toronto 1-1.

That's good for you.  Looks like there were lots of chances (and lots of substitutions) but congratulations on the result.  Hope you enjoyed the game and the Wanderers left a decent impression on you.

Keep an eye out for us this season we could finish 10 ten or we could go down in last.

Toss a coin.

Were there any Superwhites there?  It sounded like there were a few but that could have just been general crowd noise.

Got to say love the US commentators.  Me and my mate came ofer for the World Cup in '94 (had a whale of a time) but used to have a chuckle at the sports guy's trying to use American Football and Baseball terms in football.

Right.  If you're ever in Glasgow let me know and I'll show you the sights.

Get behind 'em.

I had a great time at the game!  Best game so far this season.  Even the officiating was good for a change.  I will be following Bolton this upcoming season to see how they do.  Haven't looked at pictures yet so I have no idea how they turned out.
That was some pretty passing leading up to the goal.

fair play owen coyle... a true gentleman.

I walked into the bar about 3 hours before the game, and there were about 15 Bolton supporters who had traveled for the match. About 40-50 of yall showed up in total. You guys were great to talk with. Personally I got to meet Owen Coyle and Stu Holden, both are class. Good luck to yall this year.
