SuperLiga in NASL

Since MLS folded the competition in March, why doesn't NASL revive the competition with Mexican clubs that don't play in CCL?

 

or NASL should form some kind of friendly cups with international clubs like MLS does.

I like the idea of playing a Mexican club for a Cup. However, would they be up for that? When would we play such a game?
