Q: If I've already purchased season tickets at full price, how do I get the Discounted Season Ticket Rate?

A: All Season Ticket Sales for Ralph's Mob Premium Members can be obtained from Ryan Helfrick at rhelfrick@rowdiessoccer.com or 813-287-1539. He will guide you through either obtaining a refund or putting that money toward FCTB Merchandise.

Q: I am both a Premium Ralph's Mob member and a season ticket holder, how do I get my $50 Rowdies jersey?

A: Details on how to take advantage of this Mob exclusive deal will be released shortly, stay tuned!

Q: How will the team know whether or not I have a Membership Package?

A: The team and Ralph's Mob are working together to ensure only premium members have access to the Discounted Season Ticket Rate. Attempting to obtain the discounted rate without being a premium member will result in being charged the full price for your tickets at a later date.

Q: How do I pick up my merchandise?

A: The target date for delivery of pre-ordered Mob gear is February 25th. Any time after the merchandise arrives, you can pick up your packet at any Mob Event (Pre-season game, Rowdies Meet Your Seat Day, Tailgate Parties, etc.) or you can arrange to pick it up at your convenience.  We do not offer shipping at this time.

Q: Can I purchase the Limited Edition "Sons of Pirates" gear without purchasing a full Ralph's Mob Premium Membership?

A: No. To purchase the Special Edition items, you must purchase a Ralph's Mob membership. It will not be sold separately.

Q: If I buy one Membership Package, can I include my wife/husband/children in the Discounted Season Ticket Rate?

A: Members buying a Membership Package will be able to use their Discounted Season Ticket Rate for themselves and one child. Spouses, Significant Others, Parents, etc. must buy a separate package.

Q: Can I personalize my shirt?

A: We have worked out a deal for discounted shirt and Rowdies jersey personalizing with The Soccer Shop.  The Mob price is $5 per name (regular price $8.50), $2.50 per digit (regular price $3.50) and a one color print on the sleeve will be $3.50 each.

Q: How do I pick up single-game tickets?

A: Single-game tickets will be available the day of the game. Once you order single-game tickets, contact Sales@RalphsMob.com for pick-up instructions.
