"Sorry to hear that Barry Kitchener passed away on Friday aged 64.  He played for the Rowdies in 1979, the NASL Cup year. He also played 602 games for Millwall and is their player with the most appearances."

We've just approved our 400th member! There have been a lot more people from the St. Pete area joining since the stadium announcement. Can't wait to see all the new faces in the Mob section soon!

As you may be able to tell, the site looks a little different. I'm moved us over to Ning's new format. This new format will allow us to offer different features. Please comment below about what you like, what you would like to see changed. Please keep in mind that I may not be able to do all of what is suggested, but it's nice to have some input.

Gold Cup in Tampa on June 11, 2011!

So, it's not the World Cup, but we'll also only have to wait a few months! The Gold Cup will be coming to Ray Jay this coming year! The date is Saturday, June 11 and I hope the Rowdies either schedule around the date or find a way to make it a double header. Teams and times should be announced in February.…
