Les Stark said… Thanks for the reply Stephen. If he is not winning fans over with his "get stuck in, 100% of the time" play maybe he is just a little disapointed by his present circumstances. I know everyone in the Timbers Army was gutted when he left camp so late. He was a great favorite of the Army here, based solely on his gritty style of play and willingness to lead and leave it out on the field.
Will be watching the Rowdies play via the webcasts and hope for better times for you all.
Portland have a Nasl connection to ther Rowdies as we picked off two of your stars to come play with us. Clyde Best and Stewart Scullion, great players.

- Thanks for the welcome! I am a new FCTB fan. I was a Rowdies fan in the 70's (I was an infant of course!) and a Mutiny fan, but have not had a chance to connect with FCTB. My EPL club, as my email would suggest, is Tottenham Hotspur and I am a slavish fan, living and dying with each minute of play. I am excited to start with a local club as St Petersburg is a lot easier to get to than White Hart Lane.
